I checked my sheet, and my number matches your original score. A bit of quick math and I think I see what might have happened. Can you check yours again to make sure you didn't accidently add your water buffalo twice?LuckyMurph wrote:checked my spread sheet musta made a mistake on CTS I think it should be 9,911.6711LuckyMurph wrote:...Water Buffalo: (267.9803 (+) 1149.078 in kgs.) = 1,417.0583 ...

Hey, I don't blame ANYONE for double-checking their scores if mine ended up being higher than theirs!Radamus wrote:YOu think 1000 points better than Splainin? look forward to them final scores
Congrats!!! Excellent job- and a scary close finish!! That means you've got just over 24 hours to jump into this one after all!Colin Walker wrote:Some nice scores but why so many hunts under 30 mins ?
I was able to finish as champion in the simrace series by 1 point.
Not giving up. I'm down to 90 minutes left but catching you is going to be impossible. I'll wrap up this evening. RIght now though I'm about to grill bacon burgers while it's snowing.splainin2do wrote:Hey, I don't blame ANYONE for double-checking their scores if mine ended up being higher than theirs!Radamus wrote:YOu think 1000 points better than Splainin? look forward to them final scores
...Speaking of which, where are YOUR scores, Rad? You didn't give up now, did you?
Oooooo... I liked the sound of that! I think that quote deserves to be remembered- and I know just how to do that!Radamus wrote:Not giving up. I reckon as Splainin' says the "No Misses" rule has claimed many minutes for some competitors. That is the thing with using "Attempt Time" as opposed to "Attempts"- as long as the CDP and the 30 minute minimum hunt time is followed, folks always use their time as they see fit. I went at this comp under the premise of "One Tag"- meaning one animal of each nothing more and nothing less. So, I walked around a lot, lookin' and hunting as I would in RL. Missed a few shots, didn't submit some and so on. It was a fun comp tho', and it was interesting to see how each competitor participated. And congrats to you Colin for your simrace score. This one doesn't end until morrow, so, hey hop in... Respectfully,splainin2do wrote:Congrats!!! Excellent job- and a scary close finish!! Hunts if a shot was missed were likely abandoned as there was no point to continue with the "NO MISSES" rule. If your first shot 3 minutes into a hunt was a miss, might as well quit that and try again in 27 minutes. I think that happened a lot. BCKidd even had a 21 minute hunt eating away at his total time.
