Just to ensure I'm not mistaken, the competition finishes tomorrow, one minute before noon UTC, right? In other words, just less than 24 hours from the time of this post. Is that correct?

The UHC site says there are 1 day and 10 hours left. So the whole Monday (in the UTC time zone) is still part of this comp.
