Saving your scores until the very end. In general it means intentionally not performing as well as you can at first, and then excelling later to win. Similar to "hustling" in pool.

what Tod said and in another example , if there are no time rule for the comp , a person getting a huge score his first day , could keep it until the end of the comp, that last , let's say 7 days . So , harvest a good score first day , but only submits it the last day . that is called sandbagging .
Here , you have 90 minutes after your hunt has ended , to decide if you gonna submit a score or not . Then , it's too late for any score in that hunt to be submitted .
