Great, I just invested six hours into a decent hunt on RFF - not great, but would've been good enough for first place at the moment and all done with the Cap Lock. Was tracking a heavy bear two in-game hours before dusk - black bear was the biggest weakness in my hunt, found nothing good at my barrels, so I wanted to improve. I finally managed to track him down (we all know how much fun it is to chase black bears) and shot him. Blood was intestines, so I was a little disappointed, but I won't lose my hunt. At least that's what I thought... ten blood tracks, then nothing but footprints and the bear refused to bleed out. Waited 15 minutes, he was roaming, no more blood, didn't die. In the end, five minutes before the hunting day ended, I shot him a few more times out of frustration, but the bear lived on.

Needless to say my mood is

I won't give up, but I'll need some strong liquor and a good nights rest now.

Being as we are early into this comp. I wanted to give every participator a reminder about this Rule- there will be no 2nd chances: Peace.

*Special Note: Short hunts less than 30 mins, disallows you from hunting on the same reserve again for this competition for a cool down period of 30 mins.
So no spawn mashing. Not following this rule is means for Disqualification.

Hunts less than 30 seconds (disconnects, can't connect to server) won't count toward this rule.

Marc man ! that sucks ! Was sure you would have been first by couple points, when you'd done with your hunt .
Those Bears are a real pain ! Go have a nice meal, some rest and tomorrow ( or any other day ) do it again !

I think I would've beaten you by just a single digit, four points or so. Not that I think it would've lasted till the end, but it would've been a nice start for sure - even more so with the Cap Lock. Well...

Got my entry, i think half of the hunt was tracking one particular Elk that gave hell of troubles, but overall not bad for a first entry
