I am having issues with the time zone lol sorry what time does this start on the west coast U.S. Sorry I have a major migraine and don't want to use brain power.

I was not a big fan of Geography back in school , so please tell me , what West coast represents , and i'll try to tell you your time of start .
Like in California ? If so, 3 hrs difference we have . 9:00 am for you .

10.25km and almost 4 hours, got this nice one, but couldn't find a shed. 176.767
