Same for me last night , even though i said before , that it was my last try of the day , i did go again , when i saw myself dropping a step from the podium .
After 18 Bulls ,was seeing no more .The only male tracks i was seeing , were mine , left a couple minutes before .
Even though i found them real quick ( 18 in 2H23 ) the were not big . 507kg was my average for 18 Bulls .
I think they were all from a Weight Watchers* convention .
Good luck to those who are still trying ! :) I will , since its the last day .

Well, I did a major grind on WRR, came close a couple of times, but always seem to mess up a shot. I haven't done a grind like this in a while. With a lil' bit time still left, I might even give it another go. Kudos to those of you that manged 20 nice bulls from WRR. You've managed what I couldn't do in 10s of hunts...  Peace.

Yep , here i go again !
I sure know where I'm goin'
But I sure know what i'm hunting
Hanging on the promises of finding the heaviest bulls
An' I've made up my mind, I am taking the .340
Here I go again, here I go again
Tho' I keep searching for some nice ones
I never seem to find what I'm looking for
Oh Lord, I pray you give me strength to carry on
'Cause I know what i need , to run around the small Tatanka Springs
Here I go again on my own
Goin' down the only road I've ever known
Like a hunter I was born to kill the Moose
An' I've made up my mind, I am taking the .340
Just another bull for me to harvest
Waiting on luck's sweet charity
An' I'm gonna hold on for the rest of the comp ...
;)
( Was Tawny Kitaen hot back then !! )

Well, another one down the tubes - again, 16 bulls- muffed a shot on 15, decided to finish my route to pick up 16, nice ave too... Afraid that's it for me - Gave it a go but, too spawn reliant on the mix. One thing that could make this perfect, is to have more than the needed number of bulls and requiring you not only to shoot well, but to choose the best of the lot putting more of the decision making option on the hunter and not the RNG lottery which creates the grind.

you got that right Rad , doing this kind of hunt makes you actually hunt for the best animals , better than walking around aimlessly in the great outdoors trying to see if there is any thing worth shootin , you end up with runners , non trackless and give up on body shots , a purpose to any hunt can be a god hunt , or it can be frustrating as heck , like this particular comp , but what fun is and what fun does is clearly noted by the score board , being the only one to hunt the hemmeldal and posting a card to me that's awesome. Many thanks to the Host and the moderators who did an outstanding job on this comp . looking forward to the next moose hunt just hope it is not to soon lol

That is it for me! I'm done... never improved my 1st submission, but I certainly did the grind. There will be changes to the next one if I do another "Loose Moose" comp. Won't be 'til next June though. I'm puttin' my Moose gear away now for a few days. I harvested 100s of Moose or so it seems. Next year 30 Moose three reserves- ten from each. :P :P   Peace.

BCKidd.

PS: Gift Codes are ready- so do your best, who knows maybe the LB will change again. ;)
