Yes I think he would've been had he manged the zero wound time aspect of the comp. His BT is certainly gonna win the bonus, 'less o'course someone can get a higher scoring one. Peace.

imma try for the BT 194.8 tough to beat tho but just a couple 100th's more and ya never know all it takes is 194.840 (it could happen)

This comp is NOT as easy as it sounds. I'm going to keep trying on RFF though i want that blacktail bonus.

Also, if i shoot a big blacktail, do i need to harvest my 20 moose to submit the hunt?

Yes. You need a complete hunt of 20 Moose and that BT . You can't just submit only the BT for the bonus .Even though its not mention that way in ROE, pretty sure that the host wants it that way .
