No, as per the Bonus Objectives section, the bonus prizes are paid to the highest scoring of each species that has the bonus. In other words a maximum of 50,000 em$ will be paid out in bonus prizes.

Very creative idea! I got a cramp in eyebrow from them shooting up so fast when I saw the bonus requirements
