Lack of movement on ice

Post by ZloyDimon »

Greetings. I could not find such a question.
I would like to ask the developers a question about floating ice at the Whiterime Ridge location.
Why are there no passages between the large ice floes, and some of them cannot be entered at all?
Why is there no way to get to a bear in pursuit of it?
A lot of opportunities are lost because of this.

I really hope that the developers are still adequate people and will be able to solve this flaw in the map.
If there are Russian-speaking developers, it would be nice to talk to him on this topic in Russian, since this text has been translated using Google.Translate.

If you set your Scene Complexity in launcher settings to High, you can enter most of the ice floats.
If it is set to Low, you cannot enter most of them.

The main reason for this issue is the old graphics engine that will not be fixed or updated.

Thanks for the help. Did not use this parameter.
But it was still possible to make more paths even for the low complexity of the landscape.

Yes if you want to enter the ice floats you need to use this parameter.

You can see the big difference in this video footage: https://youtu.be/sYjESDGDBCk?t=69
