Magpie competition yin and yang

Is this comp working? No one is on the leaderboard.
The description states

The highest combined score of your top 2 airborne Magpie Geese both shot at under 10 meters (Approx. 33 feet) or over 20 meters (Approx. 66 feet) is your competition entry. Highest combined score wins.

I shot some over 20m and they didn't count. Makes mores sense if they have to be shot between 10 and 20m.

I saw this comp and thought, this is weird. Why would they exclude a certain range (10-20m)? Would it not make sense to only allow such a range, i.e. the opposite?

Have you tried shooting geese between 10-20m?

Nope the competition is corrupted - I shot gees on all ranges (0-10m, 10-20m and above).
Maybe they are trying to fix as DB-servers were down the last couple of minutes (no login possible).

Maybe the code says you need to shoot them twice, once below 10m and once above 20m.
This was not likely tested by anyone before release.

Trying for the life of me to figure this out. I thought maybe you had to shoot a double kill under 10 or over 20.... nope. Then I thought you had to shoot two birds same time under 10 and then the same two birds at once over 20..... nothing is working. I just found this post. I'll agree that the competition is broken...
