Can't start the launcher anymore

Hello,

Since today I can't start the launcher (Steam) anymore. Also a click on it doesn't change it. All other Steam games runs fine except classic.
I tried to verify the files and deinstall and reinstall the game. Without any luck.

That page is being presented to you by Cloudflare, the CDN (content delivery network) used by Expansive Worlds. All traffic goes through Cloudflare before it reaches the servers. It could be a temporary issue caused by your ISP (maybe Cloudflare has received large volumes of questionable traffic from other endpoints on the same IP address range) or it could be something affecting you based on your geographic area. It will almost certainly resolve itself automatically. I doubt there's anything Expansive Worlds staff could do, even if they happened to see this thread.

Maybe EW should cancel this Service? Because I am not the first Player with this Problem.

Just a small info. After waiting about 24 hours anything runs fine again.

Here is my system:
Intel 6 core i7-8700K @ 3.70
16GB RAM
Nvidia GTX GeForce 1060 6GB
game is on SSD

I have always used Chrome exclusively for theHunter and related sites, i.e., the forum, launcher, Wiki, etc. About a month ago, nearly 70% of the time none of these pages would open. I just got the spinning circle, until finally a message that said "timed out" or unable to connect to "www.xxxxx.com". The lower left corner of the screen always said, "establishing a secure connection".

So, I finally gave up. Put everything on Firefox and it opens perfectly every time.
