Mobiamo payment unavailable?

The mobiamo payment option isnt available for the special deer hunter pack but it is for the 1000em and the regular 3 months membership.
Anyone know why and will it be back up?
Ive seen it appear and disappear quite often.

Paymentwall adds and removes payment options as they see fit, and it varies by country. Telephony payment methods have to take network revenue share into consideration. It has nothing to do with Expansive Worlds.
