11/28 update failed

Error Updating The Hunter Classic (app running)
No idea what to do to fix this issue.

I have already re-booted twice - no change
I have verified local files via steam 980 were missing it appeared to reacquired them
still have the same error when attempting to start the game.
If I need to delete the files and reload - How do I do that using steam?
