The skeleton is an organ and bones do fulfill the scientific definition of organs.

And, more importantly, the bones that are included in the game animal anatomy are in the "organs" list. There is no distinction between "vital" & "non-vital" organs.

Shoulder Blades in theHunter are very special organs. They seem to be made of titanium, and double wrapped in Kevlar.
