Heey, so not exactly an error, but maybe kind of an oversight?

I bought my german pointer yesterday and there was no bundle on the store containing the collar, I know because I deliberately looked at the collar in store and wondered if I should buy it... Then logged on today to see the whole "Free collar when you get your german pointer" ... anyone else feel that offer should maybe have been there from day 1 instead of day 2 ...
I mean really not a huge deal, it's only a collar ... but would have been nice to get

If you contact support they will give you the collar. This kind of thing happens occasionally and they always fix it as you would expect them to.

I purchased both before the bundle was released. I contacted support this morning and I received a rebate for the $149em I would've saved by purchasing the bundle.
