Starting the game bug?

I was able with help from another person saying to go into Program Files (86) to the Hunter/Launcher and click the Launcher from there causing it do download a complete new Hunter program and it worked. Don't ask me why it worked, I don't know. I'm not tech savoy.

Yep, it is working now. Question tho', does anyone else have a solid blue box around the membership- Upgrade/Renew text? I do. Curious to know why.
