Unable to launch. Error On Launch

Hey guys I recently am trying to get into the Hunter Classic as I really enjoyed call of the wild and was ready to drop atleast 50$ on it. However I can NOT get the game to work. On steam it never launches as I get an error everytime. I tried the non steam version and I am stuck in an endless download loop. I tried reinstalling completely, turning off all anti viruses, firewall exceptions, everything and nothing works.

My Specs are
i7-4790k- CPU 4.00 ghz
8gb Ram
Windows 10
GTX 970

Any help would be really appreciated as this is making me lose my mind.

What error do you get? Can you post a screenshot?

I don't seem to get an error number. just an Error has occured. I will also send an email to support. Thank you

Try check the integrity of the game files, in the steam library right click on the hunter, then properties, local files and verify game files, that usually correct mistakes on files or installation, i hope it solve your problem.

I tried that multiple times and it never seems to work. This is really frustrating. Would it be best just to stick to Call of the Wild in this case? I can run that game with 0 problems whatsoever. Is there anything I can post here for someone to look through it?

I was able to get it working by installing it in my C Drive and not my D drive
