I just want to add a bit more info to this now as i have a new computer. I still have the exact same issues i had on my old computer, there is absolutely no difference on how the game performs. Here's my current PC specs:

I7-8700K
GTX 1080
16 GB Ram
MSI Z370 Gaming 5M

This is definately an upgrade since last time i posted in here, and still nothing has changed about how the game runs... I will soon give up this game for good as it's starting to get unplayable. I've had a break from the game the past weeks, and i don't see m7self playing again untill something gets done about this (I know that won't happen though)
