A little question about .454 El Toro

Today for 4 times the huntermate didnt indicate the position of un grizzly roar. I really cannot understand what is broken with TT. And when I open the Inventory the game crash, every time. The trophy shots are not uploaded on server etc.. One year ago TT was the best reserve of theHunter, right now it's a total mess up, but no one seems to care inwhat I'm writing for months, to the support as well.
