MASSIVE amounts of screen tearing

Hello, I'm getting a lot of screentearing since the new update. It's not fps since I'm getting around ~200 at 1440p 165hz I also have g-sync on sooo I don't know what happened.


Is anyone else experiencing the same issue or has fixed it already?
