I have Firefox Ver 45.00 and I can't open the site due to the sinning loading icons I followed the instructions on firefox 23+ and did a check on javascript.enabled My Javascript is True. Yet I can't open the program. I need some help with this issue.This is what appears in my about:config.

services.sync.prefs.sync.javascript.enabled;true

To see of the problem is Firefox or something else, try going to the website in IE or chrome....
