If you are having a problem running theHunter please read the minimum system requirements. The forums help section has a great group of members willing to help out. For faster results with issues please post your systems dxdiag when needing any kind of assistance.
Please start your thread with the issue in the subject line, please do not put 'Help' as your subject.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Video Cards that 'theHunter' presently supports are:
- Nvidia: 7 Series (from 7600 and above)
- ATI: X1800 (and above)
Note: theHunter does only support Intel graphics that have Shader Model 3 support (many old laptops not designed for gaming does lack that support).
The minimum system specifications that The Hunter has been tested to at this time are:
- Pentium 4 (3 Ghz)
- 1 GB RAM
- 256 MB Graphics Card
Additional Software Requirements:
- Web browser: Internet Explorer 8 or newer, FireFox 3.5 or newer or Chrome. (Other browsers are not supported. The website may still work in other browsers but may not function correctly.)
- DirectX 9.0c Aug 2008 End User Runtime (included in EmoteLauncher Installation)
- Required on Windows XP only: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.1 (Available free at Microsoft Download Centre): Microsoft .Net Framework 2.1
- Required on Windows Vista only: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847): Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5
RETRIEVING YOUR DXDIAG REPORT
XP - Click on Start > Run> Then type dxdiag hit OK. A DirectX Diagnostic Tool window will open, click yes. When the results are finished click on Save All Information
Vista - Click on Start > Then type dxdiag in the search. A DirectX Diagnostic Tool window will open, click yes. When the results are finished click on Save All Information
Win 7 - Click on Start > Run> Then type dxdiag hit OK. A DirectX Diagnostic Tool window will open, click yes. When the results are finished click on Save All Information
