7x64 Rifle shot not counted to Bull-y Roe Deer competition

As title says, I shot a male Roe deer with 7x64 rifle and it wasn't counted to Bull-y competition. Rules say any 7mm Rifle so 7x64 should be included.

Bumping this up since this issue is still present. Shot yet another male Roe deer with 7x64 rifle and it was not counted for the competition.

I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but Best Grizzly Bear competition only has starter level available. No intermediate or elite level at all.
