Re: Bobcats... do NOT growl.

 ~ Man, you are so on point with reality. I already know it was an experience you will never forget because it's just not possible. It would be a hoot to take someone who's never heard it out to the woods in the dark and have a bobcat cry for a while- the first time you hear it you better hope...

Re: Bobcats... do NOT growl.

Bobcats are very, VERY scarce around here these days (Illinois). Sitting in a treestand before sunup, about 10 years ago, my Son & I heard a Bobcat. At the time we had no idea what it was. When we met up at the car later on, his eyes were the size of dinner plates.... "What was that screami...

em$ purchase

I didn't see an appropriate option (for overall game suggestions) in the "suggestions" forum, so I'll let the Moderators decide (sorry). With the introduction of the new weapon & scope, why not have one of the weekend or week long bonuses when buying em$? Like in the past when we were ...

Re: Status Update - 8th August 2018

Well I guess you could use it in any variance on any map. . Works great going after bigger game & birds at the same time. That was always a "inventory weight" issue for me (wanting to have a bow ready for those pesky females) The last thing I don't see as being very viable with scopes...

Re: Trophy of the Week Contest

First kill with the new drilling for me. I would say first shot but.... I took the first shot at him with the 16 ga. I didn't tick Doc off & I think it was because he was too far away for the birdshot & Doc thought I was seeing imaginary birds again. Turns out this fella is just a little shy...

After a quick trip to the range I see how this change it made & it will be much easier than I expected. Nice work there.

Re: Status Update - 8th August 2018

I see that noone agrees with me but I'm actually happy that it costs considerably more that the other rifles awww man, now my little feelings are hurt.... right above your post I stated that I understood the price tag. I went thru all that careful & well thought out input just to be ignored. :l...

Re: Status Update - 8th August 2018

Thanks for the update. My eyes bulged out a little when I saw the price tag attached to the new gun, but since it is "killing 2 birds with one stone" (yeah, I know....) I can understand. I can see it being very handy hunting Ptarmigan & Moose (or other large game) at the same time. It ...

Re: The Picture Bazaar .

Got this nice brown bear and as it was on a hill, I had trouble positioning him without rolling down and out of the photo. I struggled for ages and had to settle for this, but in the end I'm happy because it looks like two friends just sitting back enjoying a good old chin wag. It also reminds me o...
