Hi there. It's as Tod1d says, it depends on my workload how much time I can spend in the forum, and most issues need to be resolved through an official request before I can start investigating your account (for account protection mainly). Hey. Yea I think it's something to do with account timing out. If a user hasn't submitted a ticket since 2015, it seems to time the account out and suspend it. I'm looking in to it. Hi there, The most common cause of downloader restarts is that the launcher gets stuck on your graphics drivers. Make sure they're up to date and then try to download again. Hi there. I had another player with this recently. They uninstalled through Steam, and then reinstalled and it solved the issue for them.
