Re: 2018/2019

Well I haven't really done much hunting yet since deer season is still just under a week away, but I guess I can share some of my scouting adventures. Re: Grizzly Attack

Bears are extremely intelligent. I don't know how, but they figure it out pretty quickly. Sows start teaching their cubs that humans are bad, not a food source and usually it works out ok. Generally bears that are baited know that humans are bringing the food, and if they show up to the bait sometim...

Re: Grizzly Attack

I heard that he gut shot the elk and they let it lay until the next morning. I also think that they were already working on butchering the carcass when the bears showed up and things got going the way that they did. Hopefully a freak experience. My condolences to the guides family, and I hope the hu...

Grizzly Attack

Don't know if you guys saw this or not, but a guide and a bowhunter were attacked by a grizzly out in Wyoming a few days ago. The guide ended up being killed. Really sad for the guides family. It really renews my faith in humanity when I read all of the comments cheering on the bear for killing this...

Yes, they did it right before I bought my membership. That was what put me over the edge and convinced me to buy a membership. I think it's a good idea on their part. Maybe get more people to join.

Re: Buck -n- Buckskin

I'm already done with my three hunts - tomorrow's the wedding anniversary and my wife told me that's more important than hunting pixels. Ah well... Thanks SoftShoe, I had fun with this.
