Re: Meet the German Pointer

That's the part that is so unrealistic that it bugs me and why I don't enjoy using the pointer on deer etc. in game.

Pointer dogs in RL always spook animals. They'll then point at the animal where it is hiding.
That's why pointers don't work for animals that'll flee and not duck & hide.

Re: There is some problem with the new 30x65mm Spotting Scope?

I would argue that if a shotgun scope is truly desired, no matter the animal, then the 2-6x32mm Slug Scope fits the bill no matter what you're going after. Too cluttered and the higher magnification is detrimental for any kind of moving shots. It's only beneficial for aimed slug shots. Personally I...

I disagree wholeheartedly!

Sex is the correct word for it.
While the correct words for what you've been thinking of is "sexual intercourse" -which obviously got shortened into slang.

Not only for american made firearms. Also for European ones:
Mauser M18 in the US: $ 650,-
In Germany: € 950,- ($ 1'100,-) :o

And that's a German brand and parts are manufactured somewhere in East Europe

Re: 2018/2019

A month has passed since, but I also got a very decent Roe. He surprised me on my way home. In some high grass only the tips of the horns were showing, as the buck was hidden behind a little roller of the landscape, a mere 20m next to the road I was stalking. Nearly overlooked them. As he couldn't s...

My dog points ptarmigans very efficiently. Probably the type oft birds where a pointer makes most sense to use
