I've hunted in the same location for the last few weeks and (only) since the Piccabeen update I've seen 3 frozen bobcats:
They only move when they get spooked. It might be only limited to bobcats, but to make sure that doesn't happen to other animals, has anyone else seen any frozen animals? I remember one person claiming (don't know which post) that he saw a frozen water buffalo.

I’ve seen this happen well before the Picabeen Bay update. They sometimes get stuck in the “pounce” animation, and nothing but spooking them or killing them will break it out of that state. Have also seen them running in circles, literally running in a circle. Only way to stop that is to kill it.

Re: Frozen bobcats since Piccabeen update
Maybe this is old issue for bobcats, I don't know. But I saw same thing today with Rusa Deer. She didn't even spook after my shot to other animal. After that she started to walk again, staggering every couple of steps. Finaly she indeed spook after I've come close enough.
