Hi,
did a lot of fox hunting lately. I can confirm that you hardly get 100% Trophy integrity with .243. But it's a caliber kinda overpowered for such small predators. Using .223 you always get 100% HV with a clean hit dropping 'em on the spot.
BUT there indeed seems to be an issue with liver hitbox. No matter which point in the chest you aim for, the liver will be hit. That's a minor issue, imho not important enough to make a bug report. But if staff is reading here, one might want to have a look at it at some point in the future.
