It's never fun to wreck your kill ratio that way, but then again instead of the 3 ones you had on the ground, you could have had 23 turkeys on the ground like I had many years ago which completely messed up my crossbow kill ratio, after which I stopped playing for months. Needless to say that I learned my lesson and have been picking up my kills for the last couple of years as fast as possible, even birds.Terzi1985 wrote:Such a shame I had something like 98% kill ratio with mine winter camo pulsar, not anymore... had plenty of dead meat around my treestand, I was about to go get them after finishing the last bear in sight, mistake... I always forget not to trust the game to work long enough to leave multiple animals waiting to be harvested.

Im thinking a little here. If theese server down issues are un-avoidable, is it maybe possible to predict it in a way?
I mean if so, maybe its good to implement a system reboot thing?
Make a pop-up saying "harvest animals asap - reboot comming up in 5 minutes"?

No, it's not possible to predict unscheduled downtime. Last week the issue was caused by a Google App Engine incident. There's no way Expansive Worlds could predict that. Google obviously couldn't either, or it wouldn't have happened.Pretty_Boy wrote:Im thinking a little here. If theese server down issues are un-avoidable, is it maybe possible to predict it in a way?

Oh no! Servers went down when I was in the middle of buying more EM. Paypal says the transaction went through but it didn't show up in my wallet or payment history.
