Does anyone have the link to put the retail version serial number in at One I have says page not found

On the launcher main page at the top, click on Upgrade/Renew. In the membership dialog box at the top right it says "Redeem a discount or gift code." Click there and enter your code.

No, that's for gift codes, but not for retail codes.
