I killed a white dear and in the Statistics where it says Confirmed Kill,
at the bottom to the right their is a little window tried clicking on it but
no think happens, this is the second time had this any one know what it is.

You're getting the error window because you only hit the body and currently body hits are broken on the statistics page. The organs will show up if you hit them.

No, he hit a lung as well, the url for the images is just wrong is all. Animal is 100 instead of 1.

I must be looking at a different animal than you, because the only "thing" hit on the deer was "body".

Hover over where it says body and you will see also the left lung was hit.
