Events 2013/2014 – Your feedback

Post by Alena Rybik »

Hi everyone, we want to collect your feedback about the events we've had in theHunter in the last couple of years. There is a similar question in the user survey, but I also would like to gather more detailed answers. So, apart from voting in the poll above, please share in your replies which events you liked most and least, and why, as well as what kind of events you'd like to see more in the future. If I forgot some great event worth mentioning, please name it as well.

Some links to refresh your memory:

Probably some of us forgot exactly what was included in some of the earlier events. I know I have forgotten.

I liked the easter one.

However, I have to say it was a mixed experience though.

I loved the missions where you had to use different weapons to get different animals. It felt rewarding and fun.

However, the egg hunt was pretty lackluster since that was done by simply reducing all the graphics and sprinting across the map at random.

But overall, the different missions each day was very fun :)

Christmas event 2013 I liked most. Nice balance between missions and comps. I really hated Valentines 2013 because I was forced to buy cupid arrows (yes, for noob like me 15 free arrows were not enough).

I am such kind of person which likes to have trophy from event just to remember those events. I liked most of the events were you got some sort of trophy just by taking part in it. I'm not very interested in event where you have to compete in comps to earn some special trophy. You might spend lots of time in competing in event's comps and end up with nothing to remember about it.

I agree with the second paragraph.

Summer Fiesta 2014.
This is one of the best events ever made.
Balanced: The challenges are quite difficult but not impossible.
Adequate: Anyone can take home at least one trophy.
Relaxing: There is enough time to complete the missions.
Serious: Nothing to collect rubbish.
I also appreciate that the trophies are delivered in real time, and there are no trophies hematite. For the uninitiated... Is a clay, (mud). A trophy of mud??? :?

I liked Summer Fiesta 2014 - funny missions, nice looking trophies, very tough final challenge. I didn't liked Easter 2013 and Halloween 2013 - running like a mad man across the reserves to collect eggs or pumpkins has nothing to do with hunting. I don't have an opinion about Football Jamboree, football isn't one of my hobbies.
