Reindeer Caller Seems To Attract Females
Anyone noticed that the reindeer caller seems to attract females quite often (and I mean females not attached to a pack with a male)?
Is this intended? The item description mentions attracting males only.
Maybe I have just been lucky with the (changed) pathing of females once I use the call, but it seems to happen frequently.

I've had this happen to me too! Attracted a whole group of females.

Haven't had it happen yet, sure that they weren't following a male?

My first Reindeer hunt, the first call brought only 2 females.

Indeed! Happened to me 3 times yday, the Females came first and 2 Males stay behind, the first of the herd to reach to 20mts from my position was a female and 35 mts behind another, I had to shot the male behind this one with CBow all herd flee, when i confirm the male start to call again and NO more males came just females.

Re: Reindeer Caller Seems To Attract Females
I'm talking about solo females with no males within 220 meters. Was in Hemmeldal with my brother today and could confirm that a solo female responded to the call (more slowly than a male would though). We were elevated enough to see that there wasn't any sight of any other reindeer within render distance. Anything further out and I doubt it could be considered part of the same 'pack'.
