It's difficult to find them, because there are no links in the news section, there doesn't seem to be any Easter event banner and since most of them aren't multispecies either, it's hard to find them.
These are the three that are already running or announced:

Red Deer day: https://www.thehunter.com/#competitions/details/51764 (starts tomorrow)

For the other comps, watch the "Upcoming Competitions" tab closely...

...I did'nt think I had anything to do but relax theese easter days, but I was wrong, now I have ticked ON the "Out of Office" sign in the Microsoft Outlook Calendar...
