Introducing the new Hunter Score

Post by Alena Rybik »

We've just rolled out the new Hunter Score! Before you post any questions, please make sure to carefully read the game design notes under the link, they are rather complex but almost all the questions you might have are already answered there. Thank you! :)

The patch today also contains some minor fixes, you can find the list in the game patch notes.

We estimate that the hunterscore recalculation will take about 2 hours. After those are done, we will start granting profile headers.
If you want to rush this process, you can start a game and then exit, and the recalculations will then also happen.

Edit: Everyone's hunterscore has been recalculated, and we are now in the process of granting people their profile headers, again, if you wish to rush this, just start a game and exit.

I think I'm going to like the new system (maybe not the 500 point limitation), because I personally never was a fan of reskinned weapons.

BUT, the new system also sounds like a giant slap in the face of everyone who bought the reskins purely for increasing their HS.
