David, exactly this I've done at 26.10. I've send two reminder, but still no reaction. I'm waiting now 6 weeks.

Alena tried it for me (Thank you Alena), but the tent is nevertheless on the map in the launcher. I can start from there, but then I have to run away because of the timer.
Of course, I can't enter the Inventar because ingame is no tent. Delete the caches and restart the computer doesn't help.
Now the support ticket is closed, so think this tent is definitely lost for me, unfortunately.
