Patching worked just fines with the regular launcher in between a few second (as always for me)

I need help please. for the last two weeks I've had almost every an update or patch, of course the launcher starts the update automatically. this is no problem but what I find is a problem is that it does not complete the update and it then start with a complete download of the full installation.

Why is this?
