I hope that we get to see some of the new animal models in the next status update.

Me too, along with some more screenshots of the environment. It would also be nice to see some work-in-progress shots of the new bears.

The "tasty new thing" was released last week, and was the increase in large equipment limits. The bear overhaul will accompany the rocky mountains/grizzly bear release.

I still hope tomorrow they'll release the patch together with the status update. Not sure if I should be more excited to see some screenshots of the new animals/bears new models, the results of the GIF competition or what contains that pre-announced patch
