That's a problem that has been around for ages, and seems to affect people randomly and intermittently. I know that's no consolation, but it isn't an indication that there was anything wrong with the patch. You can always try quickly closing the launcher when this happens, then opening it again. That sometimes stops the forced download of the entire game again.

Every time I get a patch, the first thing I see is: DOWNLOADING a complete version of the Hunter. Then under that: GET NOW. Just don't click on the GET NOW. The patch and patch only should begin. If your ISP connection isn't the fastest, it may take a few seconds, or it may start almost immediately. Just my experience.

It's always nice to see your positive comments but if you ask me, it's about time the devs get their **** together.

Game has been fully downloaded and installed a few minutes ago. Next was some smaller patches. All with some sort of "manifest error", I had to click them away about 15 times.

Finally the game is starting and what do I have to see...

Open the inventory and *crash*, ... dx error.

Pretty sure that is still a 4K problem, but hey, we have 2016 and theHunter does not support it??!

Even Tom Clancy's Raven Shield from 2003 works flawleesly! (Played it while downloading theHunter..)

As a customer and as a fan of this game, I can't find any joy in battleing all the bugs anymore.

I just want to play a 100% working game, so PLEASE EW do something. NOW!

Great news. Not being a compiter person this makes no sense, but if its fix for bugs and crashes I'm all for it
