theHunter will support advertising, micro-transactions as well as a membership system.Fabled Foe wrote:I believe there's an optional subscription service and cash shop.Radium wrote:

theHunter will be free to download and play but there will be some options where, if you choose, you can invest a little real world money, and we are looking at a variety of different payment options.
The comment was intended to cover a variety of sensitive data hence:
No-one is going to make you give us anythingdata such as credit card details

Re: Apology Accepted
one would presume as with most "free to play" stuff that there will a shop for the more advanced or specialist equipment, or clothing, or whatever.
im sure its already been talked about in other threads.

Re: Apology Accepted
Okay Guys,
Thread is starting to creep rapidly off topic here, and it seems most people have had their say.
There are plenty of threads in Suggestions about how theHunter will be supported.
If someone has a specific question about advertising micro-transactions and that sort of stuff start a thread and I'll answer it if I can.
We do understand the frustration, this close to Christmas it can feel like looking at a wrapped gift and wishing you could know what was under the wrapping paper. But we have got a newsletter coming up to shed some more light one what people can expect.
But if this continues to drift off topic any further I will lock it down so people can keep things on track.
Thanks for your attention
