Wondering if this is a new behavior from the animals . First time i see a Moose bedded down , but not to sleep . He's just resting .
I did not shoot him and i'm in a solo hunt .
Anyone else seen this with Moose or other species ?

I think he was bugged, i havn't seen any animals stay like that longer than 5 seconds before going to sleep, and i've seen many animals go to sleep

I agree with Kevin. Maybe he was bugged or something . Because , i , also am use to seeing them bedded down in front of me sometimes and they kinda put their head down pretty quickly .
I was watching that Moose for about 30 seconds before i started to video him . I don't know ...

I think it wanted to go to sleep but couldn't because of the loud noise.

I might have been his "snooze" & he is just reluctant to get up & move around.HooCairs wrote:I think it wanted to go to sleep but couldn't because of the loud noise.

I've never seen that either. The ones I have seen in the past were just curled up.
