I agree, some really nice rares - congrats everyone!

Though I must admit - even if I'd seen a melanistic turkey, I'm not sure I would've noticed it. Looks pretty normal to me. And the wiki doesn't even list them.

Male Gadwall Mallard Hybrid... how's that for a mouthful?

I have not managed to get out and hunt as much as I would like to, so today Archie and I went out and blasted some ducks. It turned out to be a good morning.

Wow, seems the wikia needs an update: http://thehunter.wikia.com/wiki/Animal_ ... ons#Turkey
But I can clearly see that the tail feathers are much darker then the commons - an extraordinary find!
Do you have a link to the hunt, so we can see the icon for this rare? I'm sure Hoo will put in on the wikia

Holy bird, that is some hunt! Lucky you. I was blasting them a lot these days but no rares appeared.
