Sorry to burst your bubble, that is just a fur variation, not a rare. Look at your Boone & Crocket score sheet. The only Red Fox rares are silver tipped and albino.

It is indeed a rare. It's either an albino or a leucistic. I'd say Leucistic judging from the color of the beak, but can't be sure because of the bad angle.
Better bring up the score sheet and check.
