Re: Live Chat
Would be a great idea if you ask me, for some new players to ask some questions

Re: Live Chat
Yeah, chatting with public, friends or one by one would be awesome especially before an organized multiplayer hunt. About new players questions, they send me messages but I always think that messages probably came from doc and I don't read them after some time when I look them saw new players questions Maybe hard to implement but they can do it I knowDarkHunterXX wrote:Would be a great idea if you ask me, for some new players to ask some questions

Re: Live Chat
There'd definetely have to be a private and a public chat on the site/launcher for sure.

And just where would the server and server space come from?
Honestly, IMO, it would be a waste for EW to implement something like this. It would only help to bog down the servers. With all the free programs available such as Discord, Skype, TeamSpeak, etc, it would be much better just to have a channel link to em, and allow the community to pick where and what they wanna use for voice chat

I don't think he means voice chat mate. Just a lobby to chat and find other players to hunt with.BucksNBuffalo wrote:And just where would the server and server space come from?

Re: Live Chat
Why not just use the forum since it is already here.
From the launcher you can browse MP games, and from the forum you can post in general chat, or even PM.
Kind of reinventing the wheel isn't it?

The above statements are strictly my opinion, and should not be taken as fact, even if I believe them to be true.

Yes it's surely like you said for me but forum users are a little percentage imo and just English language accepted.DHRifleman wrote:Why not just use the forum since it is already here.

Re: Live Chat
Yeah you will engage a lot more people with a chat lobby built into the launcher not that many people actually use the forums!
