1. Loggers Point- Pheasant Range
I recommend searching in either lower circle. Search in the higher portion of the lower circle.
2.Hirschfelden-Pheasant Range
I recommend heading southwest from the lodge on the right, and then making a hook straight up.
3. How to find them on Hirschfelden
My method is to run, checking every field and stopping every 2 fields I pass through, then crouch for 20 seconds, and then call with my locator if you have one.
4. How to find them on Loggers Point
This time i recommend walking because visibility is not as great (due to the large hills and valleys) as Hirschfelden.
Walk for 50 meters then call twice to make sure they heard you and were able to respond. Laying birds can't respond.
5. Shooting-This is my favorite technique and offers the easiest shot angle.
Get perfectly center with the pheasant, walk 100 (ignore the picture) meters backwards from the bird, squat, wait til he stands up as soon as he stand press f, he will fly and as soon as he comes in range, he will glide giving you a slow and easy shot.

6. Some Random Tips
-Pheasant will glide at about the 80 meter mark after taking flight.
-Pheasants won't respond unless they are standing up and walking
-Hens do not respond
-general rule would be to shoot pheasant in flight with a 1 foot lead
-don't try to shoot laying pheasants with bow because they will fly as soon as you shoot, wait for them to stand up
