I don't know which reply was funnier, the one where he didn't know you were joking, or the joke itself.....Hawkeye wrote:I was joking baloo. Been hunting ducks for many years.baloo.the.dog wrote: hahaha, it sounds funny to a non-waterfowler

Re: 2016/2017 Hunting and trapping season
Planning to go hunting sometime this week, for that nice 8 point I saw on my trail camera. I saw three nice bucks earlier this year, but that 8 point is the biggest yet. If I knew how I would post the video on here of the 8 point. I don't have any pics of it just videos. Anyhow fingers crossed. Of course everyone on here knows my luck so a spike will probably walk right by at 20 yards and stop broadside.

Great last day of duck season. Mississippi delta, 3 mallard drakes and 3 green wing teal; 2 drakes and 1 hen. Shot with my Remington model 870 wing-master .12 gauge pump action shotgun. All shot from kayak over decoys in 2 hours. Time to start doing some deer hunting.

Been a while since anyone has posted here, but with turkey season less than 2 months away here in PA and already started in other areas, I'm looking forward to reading some success stories. Anyone already bag a thunder chicken this year?
