Looking for a software to monitor whole router, not just PC

Hi, everyone.
I hope you all doing fine.

My internet is limited bandwidth and about 6 devices connected to it through WiFi.
Someone on the list downloading too much I think. Because from the last night about 3 GB of my bandwidth is gone!

So, I was thinking that is there any software to monitor my network and see who is connected to my router and how much data it used? And limit his usage if I want to!

I found some software but they couldn't help me on this.

I using Networx right now but I don't know how to config it to monitor my whole network.
In the default settings it only monitor my PC.
