Merged three recent threads about "Hunting Simulator".

thehunter continuous development for a decade so true but they have not updated the outdated engine.
just had a 80 odd mb update and now the leaderboards don't load ?

this should be called TheBugHunter but i still like to play the game.

The engine is outdated (it is very true) because now, the future of Thehunter is call of the wild. After playing with this, i know Thehunter is very old.

yeah ill be keeping an eye on that but it has a few red flags straight away. bullet cam, trophy score multipliers based on distance and difficulty, deer seem to all have identical racks.

regardless, im glad the hunter has a potential contender and rival. can only push for improvment.

Another red flag for me:

"Some hunting scenarios lead to very special animals!"

It doesn't seem like much, but think about what this might mean. If "hunting scenarios" lead to "very special animals" then does that mean the spawn system isn't dynamic & random? So to get these "very special animals", you have to have a very specific set of circumstances. As if the rare & unique animals are predetermined and unlocked through actions. I don't like the sound of that at all, especially as it might speak to the overall spawning mechanics.

looks allot like a newer hunting unlimited. dont think ill be getting it. but only some true gameplay will seal the deal
