well new big force feeback patch arrived today. move over richard burns rally. you just been surpassed.

after a bit of tweaking with new settings i pulled off this number 2 in world run with my pug 205 t16

You know I thought this game was demanding until I turned full screen on. The demand dropped by atleast 80%. Duh!

set some blistering times today. sweet lamb got number 2 in world. and pant mawt with 205 t16.

rbr is good was the grandfather. this needs no modding looks better and plays better. nothing like other dirt games its basically a modern day rbr just better looking.

But we just have to agree to disagree . RBR still has more depth and precission physicswise. Dirt Rally struggles with some major flaws (momentum, engine brakes etc). Dirt Rally is fun though. Hopefully it will receive some more attention to elevate it a notch or two, like multilayered griplevels for instance. Love the Wales' stages!

well thought id update this as finland came out today

absolutely amazing. also they added the focus rs and subaru 2001 which is probably best car i ever driven in a rally game.

yes the focus one i held the two wheels for quite a while

do i practice all day ?

the update came out today i did 5 short goes to do the focus one which was 3rd in world. so about 20 mins practice.

the subaru one i did for 1 hr straight had me sweating

that was number 1 in world at time (147,000 people play this game ) so im happy with that.

will practice more will probably shave 5-10 secs off each time as i know them more.

Not really a rally fan but a massive racing fan, I play iracing a lot (you thought EW got crap for their business model) which is kinda hardcore. Is this a similar game? As in it is not Forza 57, you need a wheel to get the best out of it?
